National Study on Patient Experience with Telehealth Finds Shifts During the Pandemic

SPH Analytics (@SPHAnalytics) conducted a national study on patient experience with telehealth. Their findings include that the COVID-19 global pandemic is creating sweeping changes in healthcare delivery, including an increase in the use of telehealth. The prediction:  “a sevenfold growth in telehealth services by 2025, indicating that people are more receptive than ever to using phone and Internet services to receive care.”
