Dr. Mark Boxer is an internationally recognized healthcare technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in digital health, cybersecurity, analytics, and enterprise transformation.
He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information and Digital Officer at Cigna. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Elevance/Anthem, Xerox, HP/Digital, helping shape global strategies around commercial health data management, government programs, and large-scale technology modernization.
