Role Responsibility:
- Work with clients on all phases of Epic implementation and optimization (as analyst, team lead, project manager or instructional designer/principal trainer)
- Travel four days per week, with remote work as an option
- Work in environments that require both collaboration and autonomy
- Solve problems, use analytical thinking to identify root causes and solve complex problems
- Provide guidance about the implications of workflow and build decisions
- Present recommendations and assessment findings to executives and other stakeholders
- Team leadership and staff development, including training and mentorship
- Commitment to improving healthcare and healthcare IT
