Today’s Tip from Ted:
Optimism can never be overstated or overrated. Too often in interview, candidates can be unintentionally negative while discussing past implementations. A critique of the technology (the Epic application, for instance) or those leading the project will often sour the manager conducting the interview. Better to bite the ole tongue than to throw anyone under the bus! Managers want to hear how you made a positive impact in the face of lost deadlines and budget overruns.
