Make sure your resume and LinkedIn profile match. If your resume has details on it that are not in line with your LinkedIn page, it raises red flags for recruiters and hiring managers. If you’re a consultant, this is especially easy to miss, so make sure you update both your resume AND LinkedIn after each new contract.
