In an interview, there will almost always come a time when the person conducting the interview will ask if you have any questions for them. The worst answer here is “no.” Make sure you are prepared with 5 or 6 questions to ask. Do your homework and ask pertinent and thoughtful questions about the position, the management style, and the criteria for your success. This is an opportunity to shine and demonstrate the insight you’ll bring to the position and the organization.
