If and when using a recruiter, choose wisely. We recommend going with an agency that focuses solely on your EHR of choice, not a jack-of-all healthcare recruiter. When you work with a specialty firm, you’ll be plugged into the marketplace a bit more precisely and should have access to very knowledgeable recruiters with relevant contacts.
