American Telemedicine Association Announces Retirement of CEO Ann Mond Johnson and Planned Leadership Succession
The American Telemedicine Association (ATA) announced that Ann Mond Johnson will retire as chief executive officer, effective December 10, 2025. ATA’s Board of Directors unanimously selected Kyle Zebley, who currently serves as senior vice president, public policy at the ATA and executive director of ATA Action, to succeed Mond Johnson. Kyle will continue to serve as executive director of ATA Action following his appointment as CEO. This leadership change is part of a strategic succession plan designed to ensure continuity and the ongoing success of the organization.

Edifecs’ Michael Pattwell Re-Elected to WEDI Board of Directors
Edifecs, a Cotiviti business, announced the re-election of Michael Pattwell, principal business advisor of value-based care at Edifecs, to the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) Board of Directors. Pattwell’s re-election will help further WEDI’s mission to improve the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of healthcare information exchange across the industry. Pattwell will also continue serving as chair of WEDI’s Value-Based Care Workgroup, where he has been instrumental in fostering the adoption and implementation of innovative payment models that promote collaboration between payers and providers. Pattwell has served in this capacity since 2016.
