CMS issued the Calendar Year 2023 Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule, which would significantly expand access to behavioral health services, Accountable Care Organizations, cancer screening, and dental care – particularly in rural and underserved areas.

By Alex Kontur & Stephen Konya – The HL7® Fast Heathcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR ®) at Scale Taskforce (FAST) initiative has officially left the nest and taken flight! In 2017, ONC spearheaded the FHIR at Scale Taskforce, a public-private partnership with industry stakeholders, to accelerate the scalability of FHIR across the industry.
The public comment period will be open for 36 days starting June 27, 2022, through August 1 at 11:59 PM ET. HHS is committed to transparency and providing opportunities for public participation during the development of the plan.
