CMMI Model Data Sharing (CMDS) Model Participation Files
CMS is releasing new participation data for the following models:
- Value in Opioid Use Disorder Treatment Demonstration (VIT)
- Home Health Value Based Purchasing Model (HHVBP)
These models join the 12 models that released data since 2022, bringing the total to 14 models represented in the CMMI Model Data Sharing (CMDS) model participation files. Million Hearts® Cardiovascular Disease Risk Reduction Model Files
CMS is releasing RIFs for the Million Hearts® Cardiovascular Disease Risk Reduction (MH) model. CMS is releasing data from the trial as a suite of seventeen files across seven file types that include information about beneficiaries, physician practices, specific providers, and clinic visits.
