2025 MIPS Value Pathway (MVP) Registration Now Open
The Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Value Pathways (MVPs) registration window is open for the 2025 performance year. Individuals, groups, subgroups, and Alternative Payment Model (APM) Entities that wish to report an MVP can register until December 1, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET.
2025 CAHPS for MIPS Survey Registration is Now Open
Registration is open through June 30, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET for the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System Survey for the 2025 performance year.

2024 MIPS Data Submission Deadline Extended to April 14, 2025
MIPS eligible clinicians and their representatives can submit and update their MIPS data until April 14, 2024, 8 p.m. ET. We encourage submission of data as early as possible in advance of this extended deadline.

CMS Innovation Center Model Portfolio Changes in 2025
Innovation Center Models are time-limited experiments that provide a controlled environment to determine, through rigorous evaluation, what approaches should be expanded nationwide, what specific components of an approach need further testing in successor models and what approaches are not viable for expansion.

This is notification that eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals participating in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Promoting Interoperability Program that there is an upcoming data submission deadline on March 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
