2024 Call for MIPS Improvement Activities is Open
CMS encourages you to submit improvement activities for consideration for future years of the Merit-based Incentive Payment System. The MIPS Annual Call for Improvement Activities process allows clinicians, professional associations and medical societies that represent clinicians, researchers, consumer groups, and others to identify and submit activities.

2024 MIPS Value Pathway (MVP) Registration Now Open
The Merit-based Incentive Payment System Value Pathways registration window is open for the 2024 performance year. Individuals, groups, subgroups, and Alternative Payment Model (APM) Entities that wish to report an MVP can register until December 2, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET.
Reopening of 2023 MIPS EUC Application in Response to Change Healthcare Cyberattack
CMS extended the data submission deadline to 4/15/24 and reopened the 2023 MIPS Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances Exception Application to provide relief to MIPS eligible clinicians impacted by this cybersecurity incident.
QPP Deadline Extension for MIPS 2023 Data Submission
Now Open Until April 15. CMS has extended the data submission period for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) eligible clinicians who participated in the 2023 performance year of the Quality Payment Program (QPP).
