This diverse background has formed the perfect stage for Susan to observe the entire healthcare ecosystem, enabling her to transcend traditional silos with an understanding of the dependencies and impacts on multiple stakeholders. Susan’s most recent roles have involved connecting state stakeholders to achieve state programmatic goals, primarily within Medicaid and social services by optimizing federal funding for technology.
