The 3rd annual mHealth Summit Life Sciences Roundtable is a cross-stakeholder forum dedicated to an open exchange of insights for advancing outcomes-driven mobile and connected health strategies and reducing barriers to adoption. Speakers and interactive sessions will focus on ways to enhance patient and caregiver involvement and improve treatment, care and outcomes through technology-enabled healthcare delivery.

The Life Sciences Roundtable is part of the mHealth Summit, the largest and most diverse event in the field, where mobile technology and healthcare thought leaders meet to explore new collaborations, innovations and business opportunities. The Summit, along with the new Population Health and CyberSecurity Summits, comprise the new HIMSS Connected Health Conference, an all-inclusive event highlighting how technology is enabling the transformation of healthcare delivery. The conference takes place November 8-11.

  • Developing ‘Beyond the Pill’ Capacity – An expert panel focused on the future of patient care, population health and drug development that is being transformed by the collection of patient-generated data via personal health devices, combined drug-device prescriptions, big data, predictive analytics and a broader role for pharmaceutical, pharmacy and life sciences companies.   • The Global Connected Health Survey – A presentation of the findings from the 1st annual PCHA Global Connected Health Survey, covering broad topics in connected health, as well as diabetes.   • Unpacking Successful Partnerships for Better Care and Outcomes – Representatives from unique connected health partnerships across the life sciences will outline the foundation and objectives for their collaboration, progress, vision for the evolution of connected health in the life sciences, and barriers to achieving it.
