Top Funded Digital Health Companies in the First Nine Months of 2020
According to Mercom Capital Group despite the COVID-19 pandemic, digital health companies worldwide raised a record $10.3 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2020. Thirty top-funded digital health companies in the 9M 2020 raised 32% ($3.3 billion) of the total funding. The rest was raised by over 400 digital health companies worldwide.

Carbon Health Raises $100 Million to Expand Clinic, Virtual Care
Carbon Health (@carbonhealth), a San Francisco-based chain of clinics that also offers telehealth services, said it raised $100 million in venture funding for expansion as the coronavirus pandemic changes the way Americans access medical care.

FirstHealth Home Care earns accreditation for Telehealth Program
FirstHealth Home Care (@FirstHealth) is proud to announce its approval of accreditation status in Home Health telehealth by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). SOC Telemed to Announce Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results and Host Conference Call
SOC Telemed (@SOCTelemed), a national provider of acute care telemedicine, announced that the company will release its pre-acquisition results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2020 on Monday, November 16, 2020 after the market closes. Reliq Health Technologies Inc. COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition Surveys Physicians on Telehealth Impact During COVID-19 from COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition, Mitre – The COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition – comprising more than 1,000 healthcare organizations, technology firms, and nonprofits – published the Telehealth Impact Physician Survey. More than 75% of respondents said telehealth enabled them to provide quality care for COVID-19-related care, acute care, chronic disease management, hospital/emergency department follow-up, care coordination, preventative care, and mental/behavioral health.
