Today’s Tip from Caleb:
Ask the toughest question: “Is there anything I’ve said or that you’ve read in my resume that might make you think I’m not a good fit for this position?” Then wait for a response. Really, don’t say anything. It may take the interviewer a moment to consider your question and you don’t want to interrupt. It’s the single best way to answer any objections, correct miscommunication, and leave the interview on a positive note.
