Since 2013, eHealth Initiative and Premier have surveyed public and commercial accountable care organizations to better understand how ACOs are leveraging health information technology to achieve cost savings and quality improvement.
This year’s survey is focused on interoperability and data use. Please join eHealth Initiative on September 8 from 12:30 – 2:00 pm ET for a webinar presentation of key findings from the survey and a panel discussion about the results.

It’s not too late to take the survey!
This year, the survey questions focus on interoperability and data use. Results from the survey will be used to inform public policy and document progress toward value-based care in the US. The survey consists of approximately 20 questions, and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
