SYNCRONYS
SYNCRONYS is the State of New Mexico’s designated Health Information Exchange (HIE). SYNCRONYS provides access to the aggregated longitudinal clinical record, patient alerts and notifications, data analytics and public health reporting options; and additional value-added features including high value use cases and data analytics dashboards will be available for users.
SYNCRONYS Leverages Orion Health to Launch Next-Generation Health Information Exchange in New Mexico – SYNCRONYS is joining forces with Orion Health (@OrionHealth), a provider of population health management solutions, to launch a next-generation health information exchange model. Together, SYNCRONYS and Orion Health will break down data-sharing barriers, increase interoperability, and enhance the functionality, data sets, reach, and overall value of the HIE.
California – SacValley MedShare
SacValley MedShare (@svmshie) is a member of the California Association of Health Information Exchanges (CAHIE) and serves the 16-county region of California, north of Sacramento, which includes the North Central Valley and the surrounding mountainous terrain. Its region is largely rural and mountainous, with travel limited by climate and season in much of the area. Good communication is critical to coordinate care between primary care, specialists, hospital providers, and skilled nursing care facilities that fulfill a vital role in post-discharge care for many patients.
Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health Joins SVMS – Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health joined SacValley MedShare. They will be contributing ADT (Admit, Discharge, and Transfer) messages and will be utilizing our HIE portal for patient medical records and for querying the California CURES database.
CyncHealth
CyncHealth’s mission is to bring trust and value to health information technology by creating solutions for moving health data forward. CyncHealth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a public/private governance model that includes health care providers, payers, and the State of Nebraska. CyncHealth is the designated statewide Health Information Exchange designed to share clinical and administrative data among providers in Nebraska and neighboring states. CyncHealth’s purpose is to achieve health care transformation through community betterment collaboration while protecting the security and privacy of medical information.
Making Healthier Communities Possible Series Recordings Available – The Nebraska Healthcare Collaborative powered by CyncHealth just concluded its first continuing education webinar series, Making Healthier Communities Possible (MHCP). Maine – HealthInfoNet
HealthInfoNet (@hinfonet) is a Maine-based, independent nonprofit designated by the State of Maine to operate Maine’s statewide health information exchange. The HIE links medical information from separate health care sites to create a single electronic patient health record. This record is accessible to a patient’s authorized health care providers to support treatment. HealthInfoNet provides a secure, standardized electronic system where health care providers can share important patient information, giving them the tools they need to make more informed treatment decisions, especially in an emergency.
HealthInfoNet’s HIE Solutions to the CMS e-Notification CoP Rule – To assist Maine’s healthcare organizations meet CMS’s CoP rule, HealthInfoNet offers its Intelligent e-Notifications as a standard service to participants of the Health Information Exchange (“HIE”). The HIE Intelligent e-Notification service provides real-time alerting of time-sensitive events that make it possible for clinicians to establish the right care plan at the right time.
Ohio – CliniSync
CliniSync (@CliniSync) is a nonprofit, independent, private organization originally funded from HITECH and the ONC. The Ohio Health Information Partnership assisted providers in EHR adoption and the infrastructure for statewide HIE. It was named CliniSync, which signifies Clinical data synchronization.
The CliniSync Social Report Issue #1 – CliniSync achieves HI TRUST Certification, CliniSync mentioned among HIEs uniquely positioned to advance social determinants of health efforts, the CliniSync Support Portal has a new look and more in the first issue of The CliniSync Social Report.
Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network (WISHIN)
In October 2010 Wisconsin officially announced its intention to designate WISHIN (@WISHIN_Pulse), a not-for-profit organization formed by the Wisconsin Hospital Association, Wisconsin Medical Society, Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality, and Wisconsin Health Information Organization, as the State-designated entity to govern statewide HIE. DE on October 25, 2010. WISHIN is responsible for implementing Wisconsin’s Strategic and Operational Plan. The plan requires multi-stakeholder collaboration and emphasizes ongoing development of government and policy structures.
DHS Announces Hospital Incentives for WISHIN Participation – The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) this week announced the availability of $8 million in financial incentives for hospitals that currently participate in WISHIN, Wisconsin’s state-designated entity for health information exchange, as well as those that contract with WISHIN in 2021.

New York -Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY)
The SHIN-NY is the only HIE that provides universal access regardless of network or EHR system. New York State has made a significant investment in the SHIN-NY and in 2016 they set a goal of connecting 100% of the PPS across the state to the SHIN-NY. The eight RHIOs that make up the SHIN-NY are working directly with the PPS organizations to meet their needs.

Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN)
The Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (@MiHIN) is Michigan’s initiative to continuously improve health care quality, efficiency, and patient safety by promoting secure, electronic exchange of health information through the MiHIN Health Information Services Cloud (HISC). MiHIN represents a growing network of public and private organizations working to overcome data sharing barriers, reduce costs, and ultimately advance the health of Michigan’s population.

Connecticut – CTHealthLink
CTHealthLink (@CTHealthLink) is a physician-led health information network delivered in partnership with the Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) offering a suite of health information technology tools to help health professionals across the state of Connecticut CONNECT. ANALYZE. ENGAGE. and TRANSFORM. the healthcare industry.
Connecticut Children’s and Connecticut Children’s Care Network First Integrated Health System in State to Join CTHealthLink – Connecticut Children’s and the Connecticut Children’s Care Network (Care Network) are the state’s first integrated delivery system to join CTHealthLink.
Utah Health Information Network (UHIN)
UHIN (@UHIN_HIE) has been in operation since 1993 beginning as a claims “post office.” Today it also operates the Clinical Health Information Exchange (cHIE), which empowers doctors and patients to work together for safer, better-coordinated care by making crucial information available to doctors at the point of care.

South Dakota Health Link
South Dakota Health Link (@SDHealthLink) connects hospitals, federally qualified health centers, primary care providers, specialists, labs and pharmacies as well as public health and other state agencies. It’s a one-of-a-kind network that allows secure consultations and the sharing of test results with other providers for better patient outcomes. Health Link is provided by the South Dakota Department of Health and guided by an active advisory council working toward a common goal: Foster the sharing of information through a secure platform to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of care provided to all citizens.
New Data Contributors & Data Enhancements – South Dakota Health Link is excited to announce and welcome several new data contributors. Center for Family Medicine, Falls Community Health, Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics, and Rapid City Medical Center. We are also pleased to announce data enhancements from Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.
Los Angeles Network for Enhanced Services
LANES (@LANES_HIE) is an independent, non-profit organization developing a health information exchange (HIE) for all hospitals, clinics, and health plans that provide care to L.A. County residents. LANES seeks to make patients health information available safely and securely, when and where it is needed to enable better clinical care and care coordination.

Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP)
Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (@crisphealth) is a regional health information exchange (HIE) serving Maryland and the District of Columbia. CRISP is a non-profit organization advised by a wide range of stakeholders who are responsible for healthcare throughout the region. CRISP has been formally designated as Maryland’s statewide health information exchange by the Maryland Health Care Commission.
Upcoming Enhancement to ULP – The Patient Chart Application – As you may know, CRISP users who view clinical data within their EHRs have a different view of clinical information than Unified Landing Page users. In order to optimize the views for all users, CRISP is combining these user experiences with the Patient Chart Application.
Idaho Health Data Exchange (IDHE)
The Idaho Health Data Exchange (@idahohde), a non-profit 501(c)(3) company, is Idaho’s statewide Health Information Exchange, dedicated to meeting the needs of healthcare providers and ensuring that Idaho’s citizens receive the most effective health services possible. To achieve these goals, IHDE is working with a wide-array of stakeholders and actively building a best in breed technology infrastructure to provide access to reliable data and information, combining traditional healthcare data with other data sources to help address the medical, behavioral, and social needs that influence the well-being of Idahoans.
