New York’s Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association (GRIPA) has implemented a secure data exchange solution designed to improve communications for its membership, reduce costs and increase its ability to improve patient outcomes. The solution, implemented with DataMotion (@DataMotion) Direct Secure Messaging and the Infor (@Infor) Cloverleaf Cloud Health Information Exchange (HIE), enables improved population health capabilities by collecting data from disparate systems and delivering actionable patient information to the appropriate provider.
