Blockchain and Digital Transformation in Health 2020 Symposium

The Blockchain and Digital Transformation in Health 2020 symposium will provide academic and industry insights into the application of blockchain and related transformational technologies to achieve better health and healthcare outcomes. The program is curated by the Austin Blockchain Collective’s Healthcare Working Group, which is a collaboration of local blockchain and healthtech innovators and Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin.

Keynote presentations and panels, as well as breakout sessions, will present academic research and industry thought leadership and case studies. As such, the day will combine both a discussion of current projects and a peer into the future of blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT and data science technologies that are impacting how healthcare services are being delivered and advanced.

A number of application and technology topics will be covered during the day, which will comprise keynote presentations and plenary panels, as well as specialist breakout sessions. Topics likely to be covered include:

More than 150 healthcare industry and technology professionals are expected to attend. The symposium is especially targeted at those working in the following roles:
