The Annual Thought Leadership on Access Symposium (ATLAS) is the preeminent patient access conference for hospital and health system leaders. Through thought-provoking presentations, panels, breakout sessions, and networking events, attendees exchange insights on driving patient access and experience innovation at their organizations. This year’s event focuses on expanding boundaries and removing barriers in order to take control of change amid disruption.
More than 250 health system leaders from across the country will convene to explore new strategies for engaging healthcare consumers, enhancing access to care, and driving better clinical outcomes. Attendees will learn how peer organizations are rising to the challenge of “Expanding Boundaries. Removing Barriers.” – the central theme of the 2019 conference.
Toby Cosgrove, MD, renowned cardiovascular surgeon and former President & CEO of Cleveland Clinic, will keynote this year’s event. Dr. Cosgrove, who now serves as an Executive Advisor to Google Cloud’s Healthcare & Life Sciences arm, will share his perspective on the evolution of patient access and how technology is transforming the future of care delivery during a conversation with Erin Jospe, MD, Chief Medical Officer at Kyruus. The 2019 presenter line-up also includes Jeff Gourdji, Healthcare Practice Lead at Prophet, who will share insights from the recent book he co-authored, “Making the Healthcare Shift: The Transformation to Consumer-Centricity,” and host a book signing.
Building on the popularity of last year’s CEO panel, which focused on driving systemness, attendees will again hear from prominent health system CEOs. Gary Gottlieb, MD, CEO of Partners in Health and former CEO of Partners HealthCare, will moderate a discussion on leading patient access innovation with CEOs from Boston Medical Center, Christiana Care Health System, and Piedmont Healthcare.
Join executives and thought leaders from hospitals and health systems across the country to explore key challenges and opportunities around patient access.
