J2 Global exhibit booth 831

Monday at 11 am: While there, we will be interviewing and talking with Rob Tennant, MA, Director, Health Information Technology, MGMA Government Affairs, and John Nebergall, the SVP and GM for J2 Global. If you’re in the area, pop by our pop-up to see us in action!

Rob will be presenting a session on Tuesday morning on critical health information technology issues impacting medical groups coming from Congress, federal regulatory agencies, and the private sector including new opportunities for groups to lower administrative costs and increase revenue cycle automation, the new app environment and EHR certification, interoperability, and tips to protect against cyberattacks.  We will be talking to him about some of these issues as we get a session sneak-peak.

Following Rob, we’ll be interviewing John on how digital cloud fax technology will be impacted by a current CMS proposed rule related to Interoperability and clinical exchange of data. The impact on digital faxing on this proposed rule is enormous so if you use digital fax technology, and you’re around on the exhibit floor, stop by and talk to John about this.. You can learn more here on this 4-part podcast series, Mr. Fax Goes to Washington.
