Regional Extension Center of New Hampshire to Host Free Webinar in Partnership with Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative

WHAT: The Regional Extension Center of New Hampshire (RECNH), part of a national network of federally funded centers that guide providers in their efforts to establish and meaningfully use electronic health records (EHR), announced today that it will host a webinar in partnership with the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (MAeHC), a non-profit pioneer and leader in healthcare delivery through health information technology, to explain how clinical quality measures (CQM) and health information exchange (HIE) function together to support care coordination.
The free webinar titled, “Clinical Quality Measures and Health Information Exchange,” will describe strategies for understanding reporting and submission requirements of CQM, as well as discuss alignment of CQMs with other quality measures, such as HEDIS, PQRS and PCMH. The webinar will also cover the various HIE options open to New Hampshire providers and practices that facilitate Stage 2 Meaningful Use objectives.
WHO: Jaime Dupuis is practice consultant at the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative, where she assists providers in their goals to achieve Meaningful Use. Dupuis works extensively with organizations in the State of NH to help physicians and their staffs understand the benefit of Meaningful Use and how it applies specifically to their organization.
