FUJIFILM Recieves ONC HIT 2014 Edition Complete EHR Certification for Synapse RIS From ICSA Labs
FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. has received ONC HIT 2014 Edition Complete EHR certification for Synapse RIS Version 6.3.3., which designates that the software is capable of supporting Eligible Professionals with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for the CMS EHR Incentive programs. Synapse RIS Version 6.3.3., was certified by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB); and is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria. Fujifilm received certification in December 2014.

Mana Health’s Patient Portal Achieves Meaningful Use Stage 2 Certification
Mana Health, a healthcare technology company, announced that its award-winning patient portal, Patient Gateway, version 1.0.0, has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition Modular EHR certification. Eligible healthcare organizations (HCOs) participating in Stage 2 meaningful use achievement can use the Patient Gateway to demonstrate that they have met the Patient Electronic Access objective and qualify for the CMS EHR Incentive programs.

Carestream’s Vue RIS Achieves Stage 2 Meaningful Use Certification
Carestream’s Vue RIS achieved Stage 2 Meaningful Use certification and is one of the first RIS platforms to achieve certification for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use capabilities. This certification allows Vue RIS to exchange patient medical records and clinical documents with other certified EHR providers. The latest version of Vue RIS with these capabilities will be available in the United States in December 2014. Current users of Vue RIS can purchase an upgrade to the latest version when it becomes available.
