2014 ONC Certification Product News

On September 4, 2012 the ONC issued the Health Information Technology: Standards, Implementation Specifications, and Certification Criteria for Electronic Health Record Technology, 2014 Edition; Revisions to the Permanent Certification Program for Health Information Technology Final Rule. You can find all product certification information on the ONC CHPL web site. The following products have received ONC 2014 Edition Product Certifications.

DataMotion Direct Earns ONC-HIT Certification from Drummond Group
DataMotion Direct 6.1 (@DataMotion) has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-HIT) 2014 Edition Modular Certification via Drummond Group (@DrummondGrpTest), an Authorized Certification Body (ACB) that has been empowered to test software for compliance with the requirements of the federal government’s program. The stamp of approval designates that the software offers the functionality that enables eligible providers and hospitals to meet Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use requirements, qualifying these organizations to receive payments under the ongoing EHR (electronic health record) adoption program.

Prime Clinical System’s Patient Chart Manager, Version 6.0 has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition Complete EHR certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for the CMS EHR Incentive programs. Patient Chart Manager, Version 6.0 was certified on July 20, 2015 by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) and is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria.
